TGCDT August Hop - Creative Cards with "Lovely You"

The "Lovely You" stamp set found on page 22 of the new Annual Catalogus has a great collection of beautiful sentiments with a mix of block and script lettering. There is something there for every occasion. It also includes some really nice floral and leaf patterns, very reminiscent of the Forever Fern set - another fan favourite.

This month I wanted to go back to my theme of showing you how you can take one basic card design and step it up to make an intermediate card and an avid card, just by adding more embellishment and additional layers. Everyone crafts and creates at a different comfort level, and this method will allow you to find the style that suits your own tastes and abilities. Enjoy!

Card One - Beginner

- Card Base: Thick Whisper White Cardstock 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" / 21.6cm x 14cm
- Stamped Layer: Whisper White Cardstock 4-1/4" x 2-1/2" / 10.7cm x 6.5cm

Card Two - Intermediate
